MyAnswers is a valuable service provided to clients of Online Connections. Clients can save a considerable amount of money and time by solving their own problems with a small amount of assistance. As I solve problems for clients I regularly document solutions. Clients are welcome to request solutions and decide how much they wish to pay for a solution when the solutions assists them. For example: I recently removed malware from a client's machine which affected their ability to log onto to Commonwealth Bank's Netbank service. Solving the problem required investigating a number of techniques including quite time consuming scans of the computer. If another client has the same problem I am happy to assist the client by removing the malware for them. The time involved is estimated to be around 1.5 hours plus travel time. Alternately clients are welcome to request the solution and fix the problem themselves. I don't know of a single computer consultant or support organisation that will publish their solutions for the benefit of their clients. As a consultant what we know is how we make money. My aim is to reduce the cost to each individual client by assisting multiple clients with a single documented solution. If you have a problem chances are another client has experienced the same problem. Check MyAnswers for your problem and if you find a solution exists, request the solution and I'll send it to you. If the solution fixes your problem then make a payment of $9.90 and if the solution doesn't fix your problem no payment is required. Even though some problems have taken hours or even days to solve, the solutions are made available to you for the same low cost. SEARCH Use the search field at the top of each page to search for solutions to fix your problem. RECENT SOLUTIONS Read about the latest problems or requests from people. You may find their issues are the same issues you have or you may find a new approach which assists you in your business. SOLUTIONS BY CATEGORY MyAnswers solutions are also grouped for those who wish to simply browse. Checking out the categories can provide some great gems to get more out of your computer facilities.
